Omega welcomes John of God (João Teixeira de Faria) to our Rhinebeck, New York campus from October 1-4, 2007. This is a rare opportunity to experience what John of God offers at his Brazilian sanctuary Casa de Dom Inácio, where millions of people from around the world have gone for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
John of God is one of the world's most revered spiritual healers. Some who have spent time with him say that they have been cured of disease; others say that while a physical cure was not achieved, a spiritual or emotional healing was. Most say that their time spent in his presence was a profound and transformative experience.
For 30 years Omega has been exploring questions about health, disease, and healing. We have hosted many of the world's great healers, doctors, bodyworkers, researchers, and medical philosophers of our times. Each has brought to the conversation different methods of healing, as well as insights into such questions as: What is healing? Why do some people heal and others don't? How can people experience healing of the body, emotions, and spirit? We remain open to a variety of healing techniques and philosophies, offering options from East and West, past and present, technological and natural.
We offer this rare experiential healing retreat in the same spirit we have offered all of our healing workshops and retreats over the years—as part of the whole picture of healing, and in gratitude for the many ways in which healing occurs. In bringing John of God to Omega, it is our hope that you will receive the healing you need at this time in your life, whatever form that may take.

Pricing: $145 for 1 day, $290 for any 2 days, or $375 for 3 days.
Housing: Housing on our Rhinebeck Campus is limited; please call for availability. Accommodations are available in nearby communities, including at hotels with shuttle service to Omega. If you have your own transportation, consider our off-campus housing options.
