Omega Transportation Services
All Omega Transportation Services must be reserved in advance. Please call 800.944.1001 to make a reservation. Full payment is due when reservations are made. To receive a refund, Transportation Services must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
Rhinebeck/Rhinecliff Shuttle. Our Shuttle Service makes pick-ups in Rhinebeck (on the side of the Beekman Arms Inn on West Market Street) or Rhinecliff (at the Amtrak station). The fee is $10 per person. See schedule below. Call to make reservations for this service.
NYC Charter Bus. We offer comfortable, easy travel between Omega and New York City on an air-conditioned coach. It picks up participants at 4:15 p.m. on Sunday between 8th Avenue and 9th Avenue on 31st Street (a brief walk from Penn Station) and brings them directly to Omega.
Return trip to New York City departs Omega Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. Travel time is approximately 3 hours. The fee is $35 each way.
Stewart Airport (Newburgh) Shuttle. Pick-ups are Friday and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the curbside outside the baggage claim area. Return trips to Stewart Airport depart Omega Sunday, Thursday, and Friday at 1:15 p.m. Travel time is approximately 1 1/4 hours. The fee is $40 each way. Shuttles may depart earlier if all passengers are accounted for.
Metro North/Poughkeepsie Station Shuttle. Omega offers shuttle service from the Metro North train station in Poughkeepsie to Omega. The shuttle will depart Poughkeepsie on Sunday at 6:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.; and on Monday through Thursday at 9:00 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. Return trips from Omega to Poughkeepsie train station will depart Omega Monday through Thursday at 5:45 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. The fee is $15 each way.
Hotel Shuttle. Omega will offer shuttle service from Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott and Holiday Inn Express in Poughkeepsie. Shuttles will depart the hotels to Omega Monday through Friday at 7:00 a.m. Return trips to the hotels will depart Omega Sunday through Thursday at 8:00 p.m. The fee is $7.50 each way.
