Join internationally renowned Jivamukti Yoga teachers Sharon Gannon and David Life, together with musician, poet and human rights activist, Michael Franti for an extraordinary weekend focusing on ways to express your heart through the actions that you take in the world.
We experience stimulating and nurturing yoga sessions, active meditations, conversations about the state of the world and how each of us can be effective peace-bringers, songs and music that warm the heart as well as stir us to action, and the good companionship of others who desire freedom.
To be free we must work for the liberation of others, to live in peace we must embody that peace which we desire for all. Yoga is the perfection of action. A perfect act is a selfless act. Music provides the melody of days, weeks, and lifetimes, weaving together the highs and lows in a poem expressing our wonder.

Sharon Gannon and David Life are cofounders of the Jivamukti Yoga Method with yoga schools in New York City, Detroit, Toronto, London, and Munich. Jivamukti Yoga has been recognized by Time magazine as one of the nine major forms of hatha yoga being practiced in the world today. They have authored Jivamukti Yoga, The Art of Yoga, and Cats and Dogs are People Too.
Michael Franti, a renowned multi-media poet, musician, filmmaker, and human rights activist has been speaking his heart through music spanning the genres of industrial-political rap with Disposable Heroes of Hiphopcrasy and soulful inspiring funk with his group Spearhead. |
