The Awakening the Power of Awareness Program is a thorough introduction to Richard Moss’ Mandala Work©, which, he says, “is the culmination of what I have learned in 30 years of teaching about how each of us can become fully alive and live as self-determining individuals.”

With Moss’ expert guidance, we explore the mandala of being using contemporary psychology and the lineage of the great wisdom traditions to deconstruct the conscious and subconscious beliefs that underlie areas of habitual distress and limitation in our life.

Then, using movement, breathing exercises, and the richness and subtlety of meditation, we practice living in the present moment. “The present moment becomes our ground of being, because that is where all the action is, the juice of life, and the truth of who we are and why we are here,” Moss says.

We also learn a powerful yet simple practice for releasing inner and outer conflict, and discover a lifelong map for returning consistently to the present moment and oneness with ourself.

Richard Moss, MD, is a teacher, visionary thinker, physician, and author of many books, including The Mandala of Being. After pursuing general medical practice, a profound realization in 1977 led him to pursue his true calling: the exploration of spiritual awakening and its integration in daily life. richardmoss.com
