You can learn to speak Spanish faster than you ever thought possible. This intensive beginning Spanish workshop uses Accelerated Learning, a "whole-brain" teaching approach. Accelerated Learning engages the brain's analytical, logical left hemisphere as well as its more intuitive, spatially responsive right hemisphere in a relaxed way, resulting in accelerated and motivated learning on both the conscious and subconscious levels.
Through role-playing, music, art, games, imagery, and mental relaxation, we quickly learn how to express ourselves in Spanish in the past, present, and future tenses, and to understand the meaning of several hundred Spanish words. Come introduce yourself to Spanish or reawaken the Spanish you learned in school or through your travels.
Limited enrollment; register early. $25 materials fee; include when you register. Bring a portable CD player with batteries.
A popular Omega presenter, Judith Serrano, Ph.D., has a doctorate in bilingual education and more than 20 years' experience teaching Spanish using the Accelerated Learning Method. |
