This cleanse is designed to restore and strengthen your immune system; encourage a pattern of healthier living and eating; and create a more balanced, energized, and joyful life. This is not a cleanse in which we feel deprived. On the menu are delicious, whole, and healthy dishes that combine foods to help your body cleanse and strengthen at the same time.

Based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, the cleanse includes an alkaline vegan diet, fresh juices, Kundalini Yoga, meditation, yogic herbal therapy, and Ayurvedic herbs.

Your body will begin to heal itself by strengthening the immune system, stimulating and renewing all internal organs, and enhancing oxygen uptake in the blood. This cleanse also helps support elimination so your body can continuously clean and repair itself naturally.
