As women, we strive to be physically, mentally, and spiritually strong; respected for our intuition and emotional maturity; and honored for our individual skills and traits. A committed yoga practice can help us answer core questions about our lives, ourself, and our deepest desires so we can continue to grow and evolve, and this multifaceted retreat can show us how.
Guided and inspired by some of the foremost women teachers of yoga and spirituality in the world today, we draw on a variety of yoga styles to cocreate a practice that infuses us with emotional authenticity, cultivates a lightness of being, imbues discipline, and raises awareness of the intricacies of our feminine psyche, which both nurtures and empowers us.
As we open to our deep longing for connection and self-actualization, we also explore some of the classic blocks to questions that women experience at different life stages. In addition, we learn to use our practice in support of women’s health, motherhood, ahimsa (nonviolence), veganism, social action, and the power of building women’s community.
We leave this retreat feeling awake, loving, powerful, and free in a way we will never forget.
Beginners and lifelong yoga practitioners alike are invited to attend.
