Qigong is the most eloquent and easy to access ancient Asian method for the cultivation of healing energy and the refinement of personal character.
In this workshop, you learn how to boost your immunity, produce the treasured golden inner elixir (the medicine within), and enhance clarity and creativity. You also explore natural beauty enhancing and youth-sustaining methods, gentle martial arts training for nonviolence and conflict resolution, ancient sexual energy sustaining techniques, and eyesight restoration techniques.
No previous experience in these Asian practices is required; those with experience will deepen their practice, those who seek healing will gain tools for a lifetime. Physicians, nurses, holistic practitioners, social workers, counselors, yoga instructors, and massage practitioners, among others will derive both professional insight and personal empowerment.
Roger Jahnke, O.M.D., is the director of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi and its training programs for the public and certified teachers. In addition to 25 years of clinical practice in Chinese acupuncture and herbal medicine, he has traveled to China eight times to learn the secrets of qi masters at temples, sacred mountains, and traditional medical institutions. He is the author of the acclaimed books The Healer Within and The Healing Promise of Qi. |
