The devotional practices of yoga and chanting naturally uplift our spirit and help us hold onto bliss by opening the doors to our true self.
During this weekend led by internationally renowned musician, Wah!, we are invited to embrace and celebrate ourself through the practices of yoga, chanting, pranayama, and meditation. In the morning, our yoga practice—drawn from Bihar, Kundalini, and Anusara styles of yoga—includes pranayama, energetic clearing, and asana. In the afternoon, we practice a satsang of meditation, life processing, discussion, and chanting.
The evenings are filled with Wah!’s inspirational music, including a live band, stories, and ecstatic chanting.
This workshop is suitable for people of all levels of yoga experience.
Wah! is also part of Ecstatic Chant, August 29-September 1.
Wah! began practicing yoga and meditation at age 17. She is a musician and spiritual seeker who tours
worldwide 10 months of the year, offering music and stories of inspiration. Her CDs include Unplugged, Jai Jai Jai, Opium, Savasana, Hidden in the Name, and CD Krishna. She blends a seductive spiritual sound with a unique mix of pop, world music, reggae, and yogic tradition. wahmusic.com
