The Women’s Wellness Retreat is an in-depth journey into the well-being of the whole self: spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. It is designed especially for women who choose to be active and empowered participants in their whole health care.

Through inspiring lectures, mental-emotional healing, guided meditations, Yin Yoga, and creative expression, holistic physician Beth Netter and spiritual counselor Annette Knopp help you:

  • View your mind, body, and spirit as one integrated, holistic living being
  • Discover more about who you really are and how to make life-affirming choices from your inner wisdom and intuition
  • Learn how the effects of hormonal ups and down, stress, anxiety, and fatigue can be healed with heart-centered mind-body medicine
  • Discover how nutrition, vitamins, supplements, and herbal medicines can support your health
  • Use life’s challenges to heal the wounds of the heart
  • Ignite and enhance well-being with simple hands-on self-healing modalities
  • Feel empowered and comfortable in your body through yoga and dance
  • Harmonize and balance your chakras, energy body, and physical body
This workshop is also being offered as a week-long retreat; June 27-July 2, 2010.
