This is not your usual spirituality workshop. It is a firestarter gathering for smart, gutsy, spiritually curious women whose colorful and complicated lives are not reflected in most spiritual traditions.

Based on a combustible cocktail of Hindu Tantra and Zen Buddhism, Rumi and Carl Jung, Kali and Mary Magdalene, goddesses and psychics, and shaken with cosmic nudges, meaningful subway rides, haircuts, relationships, sex, dreams, and intuition from Sera Beaks’ The Red Book, we explore what it means to respectfully mix and match ancient religious traditions and new spiritual beliefs to generate our own authentic divine spark.

The red heart of this nondogmatic workshop inspires us to create a more intimate and expressive relationship with the universe outside ourself, and more importantly, the universe swirling deep inside ourself. We do this through creative exercises, intention, meditation, movement, ritual, intuitive journaling, and inspiring dialogue. Ultimately, we learn to trust our unique path, become our own spiritual authority, and create some delicious divine mischief.

This workshop is open to all seekers and health professionals alike.

Bring a journal, objects to be placed on an altar, and a sense of humor.

Sera Beak is a Harvard-trained scholar of mysticism and comparative religion, and an intrepid spiritual cowgirl who has spent the last dozen years traveling the world exploring spirituality. She is the author of The Red Book: A Deliciously Unorthodox Approach to Igniting Your Divine Spark. serabeak.com
