Breathing and walking comprise two of our simplest activities, yet they are also two of our most powerful actions. By bringing them together in a systematic and meditative way, we enhance our physical, emotional, and spiritual fitness. We can tap our vitality to fully enjoy and excel in our lives.

Breathwalk® is simple, natural, and effective. Rohna York teaches the science of combining specific patterns of breathing synchronized with our walking steps and enhanced with the art of directed, meditative attention. Once we know how to choose and do a breathing pattern as we walk, we have an immediate path to physical and mental fitness. The practice alleviates exhaustion, anxiety, sadness, and other physical and emotional ailments.

Gurucharan Singh Khalsa (codeveloper of Breathwalk) will help lead some of the program sessions.

CE available. This workshop is offered for personal experience or for certification. If you choose to be a certified teacher of Breathwalk, there is some extra class time during the week, feedback on guiding a Breathwalk, and some journal-writing homework. Additional $375 for Certification. This course is Breathwalk's annual certification course for the East Coast.

Rohna York is a retired money manager who used Breathwalk and Kundalini Yoga to manage the stress levels associated with her job. She has been conducting Breathwalk Teacher Training programs throughout the United States.
