For Intermediate & Advanced Players

Learn to get out of your own way and play effortless tennis.

Former circuit pro Gary Adelman draws on movement studies of the Alexander Technique, Japanese aikido, and Chinese tai chi to teach us how to work with our true opponent on the tennis court: ourself.

Using hands-on guided movement, music, breathing, demonstration, drills, discussion, and state-of-the-art video feedback, we learn how to take our game to the next level by staying calm, relaxed, and focused as we play.

We also discover how to: add topspin and power to our strokes using natural body rotation and alignment; add more pop and bounce to our serve; and maximize agility and court position with new footwork patterns.

Be prepared to have a lot of fun, hit a lot of balls, and learn a whole new way of working on yourself and your game. Intermediate and advanced players (those who play regularly and have a certain level of consistency to their shots) are welcome.
