As shamanic practitioners, we use our body and mind as a bridge between the visible and invisible worlds, allowing gifts to flow from the hidden spiritual realms into ours. These gifts are conveyed to us by elemental spirits—those nature spirits that govern the four elements of earth, water, air, and fire.
