Registration Information

Please choose one workshop. Payment in full must accompany your registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check, or money order.

Tuition is $345 through April 1, 2009 and $370 after April 1, 2009 and on site.

• Call 800.944.1001. Provided space is still available, phone registrations will be accepted through April 1, 2009 at noon. Beginning April 3, 2009, registrations will be accepted on site, pending availability.

• Mail completed registration form, with payment, to: Omega Registration, 150 Lake Drive, Rhinebeck, NY 12572. Make check payable to Omega Institute.

Discounts:
A 10 percent discount is available to full-time students (with a photocopy of current student ID), senior citizens (age 60 and older), and Omega Members (call for details). Only one type of discount may be used.

Confirmation:
A confirmation letter will be emailed to you approximately one week after you register. Attendance badges will be mailed approximately three weeks before the event. You must bring your attendance badge with you; it is your only admission to the event.

Continuing Education Credit:
$30 fee required. See eOmega.org or call 800.944.1001. Credit is only granted for CE approved sessions. In order to receive CE credits, you must sign in each day at your workshop and complete a CE Request Form and CE Evaluation Form. Failure to do so will disqualify you from receiving CE credit.

Certificates of Attendance:
$25 fee required. Call 800.944.1001 for details.

Hotel Accommodations:
Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers, not with Omega Institute. Call 888.627.7067. Omega has arranged a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate of $270/night single occupancy and $290/night double occupancy for reservations made by March 13, 2009.

Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, Inc. is qualified as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible, as allowed by the law.
