Awaken to the Wisdom of Your Dreams

The Synergetic Approach to Dreamwork

This workshop has been cancelled.

Dreams can help us access a clearer vision of who we are and our potential for fulfillment in life. As we look closely at our dreams, we begin understand the spiritual nature of who we are, where we want to go, and how we are going to get there.

This workshop covers various aspects of dreamwork so we can tap into our dreams and explore our unconscious world, the world from which our dreams emerge. We also learn to analyze dreams in a therapeutic setting.

Through lecture and experiential exercises we learn:
  • How to increase dream recall and record dreams
  • Why dreams are important in life and how dreams can lead to a deep understanding of Self
  • Exploration techniques for personal and spiritual growth
  • How to use dreams to be more creative, insightful, and intuitive
  • Various psychological methods of dreamwork and new creative ways to uncover the meaning of personal dreams
  • How emotions and reactions to our dreams impact waking life.
No experience in dreamwork is necessary. The workshop is appropriate for anyone interested in becoming skilled at interpreting their own dreams, as well as for professionals—therapists, clergy, spiritual directors, personal coaches—who want to learn how to use dreamwork in their practice.
