Following Michael Brown’s simple step-by-step Presence Process, using techniques previously available only to spiritual adepts, we become empowered to heal the ghosts from our past and live liberated lives, right now.

“We no longer need to feel that the path tread by most of humanity is one of quiet desperation,” says Michael Brown, author of The Presence Process. Instead, we learn another way to navigate life: the path of the heart.

Brown leads us on an animated journey to retrace the entry of our awareness into our current experience of the adult world. Focusing specifically on the energetic condition of our heart, then and now, we observe how it is reflected in our moment-to-moment mental state and physical condition. We then learn to use emotional body awareness to heal the wounds of the heart that negatively impact our daily life.

Reawakening our authenticity, integrity, and intimacy, the heart work of the Presence Process allows us to effortlessly and joyously participate in every moment.
