Come prepared to wring out your mat as well as your mind with sweat and tears of joy.

The true power of yoga is to let go of control and honor where we are in this moment, sit gently in our truth, and have the patience to be transformed. The practice of precision is the decisive process of realignment through technical accuracy of body and breath. Through the complement of power and precision, we allow ourselves to be unraveled by our practice to reveal the deeper truths of our being.

Lisa and Charles Matkin help us to realize the power and precision of yoga by immersing us in heat-building vinyasa yoga flow and providing precise and specific hands-on adjustments. Whether you are a beginner or a long-time practitioner, this weekend provides a nourishing sanctuary to create empowerment on and off the mat.
