Practitioners of ancient healing traditions of India and China have known for thousands of years what recent medical studies are now confirming: The body is not a biological machine, but a vast energetic network.

When our life energy is in balance, we are healthy. If the balance is broken, our vital energy gets blocked, and pain and disease set in. To heal our self, it is essential for us to let go of stagnant energy and regain our balance.

Drawing from the healing traditions of yoga and qigong, Amelia Barili teaches us:
  • to map the main energy channels in our body;
  • to recognize how different emotions affect each organ;
  • to access deep inner peace with practices we cultivate every morning and evening;
  • to gather and store energy from nature to increase vitality;
  • acupressure-style self-massage and release points to keep energy flowing;
  • healing meditations for each organ; and
  • a form of breathing that balances and integrates both sides of the brain.
These simple, time-tested techniques can result in increased energy, better sleep, less stress, improved concentration, and better relationships.

This workshop is for anyone at any level of experience in yoga or qigong, as well as for counseling and health-care professionals.

CE available. Special schedule.
