Yoga teacher Sondra Loring and health and sexuality teacher Isa Coffey team up to lead a moving and transformational weekend of yoga, dance, drawing, writing, walking, singing, and talking open to beginning and advanced yoga practitioners alike.

Using kindness as the foundation of our group work together, they create a sacred, safe, thoughtful, and fun environment for us to open our bodies to moment-by-moment experience, develop strength of mind and heart, ignite creative expression, learn more about what coming close to others can stimulate, and share our hopes, desires, and dreams.

Together, we experience the core and continuous golden thread of yoga's challenging, gentle, and restorative aspects, celebrating its ability to help awaken and sustain the power of our individual and group presence in the world.
