Using only the simple tools of brush, paper and paint, Awakening the Creative invites you on a stimulating journey of daring and risk, made possible through a safe environment and the support of Stewart Cubley and his experienced staff. The potential is to tap into an extraordinary resource-the vibrant, driving force of your own creative spirit.
In this workshop, everyone is a beginner. You are welcome even if you've never picked up a paintbrush. There will be no critiques, analysis of the work or focus on the finished product. The goal is free expression, with the emphasis on the creative process rather than on technique or expertise. Awakening the Creative is an opportunity to embark on the greatest of all human adventures- embracing your own path and confidently following it.
Stewart Cubley is the coauthor of Life, Paint & Passion: Reclaiming the Magic of Spontaneous Expression. Stewart has traveled throughout the world for more than 30 years working with individuals and groups to access the potential within the human heart and imagination.
