In Off the Mat, Into the World™, yoga experts Seane Corn, Hala Khouri, and Suzanne Sterling guide us through an intensive transformational process to uncover our deepest passion and motivation. This personal work is the first part of our yoga practice.

Another vital part is interpersonal. It has to do with the yoga of our relationships: to other people, our environment, and all living beings. Defining and knowing our purpose is the compass that guides us to live on point, with richness and community.

This intensive is an opportunity for us to discover the connections between the yogic path and the way of divine service. We combine asanas, meditation, process work, and ritual with the practical tools of communication, organizing, and collaborating to help us become more effective leaders and agents of change in the world.

Scholarships are available; contact Off the Mat at info@offthematintotheworld.com. One year of yoga experience is required. The 2008 Off The Mat campaign is working with the Cambodian Children’s fund. Participants will have an opportunity to sign up for hands-on programs abroad with Seane Corn and Off the Mat leaders. Seane Corn is also teaching The Body & Beyond, July 11-13, and is part of The Elixir of Passion, May 2-4.

Seane Corn, Hala Khouri, MA, and Suzanne Sterling are the creators of Off the Mat, Into the World™, and have dedicated their lives to teaching yoga and leading transformational retreats and workshops. They each bring a unique voice to the vision of building a worldwide, sustainable yoga and activism movement. OffTheMatIntoTheWorld.org
