Renowned fertility expert Randine Lewis believes that fertility is not merely the ability to give birth to a child, but also the ability to connect with and give birth to our true, authentic, and creative self.

Guided by this philosophy, she has had uncommon success helping women conceive and deliver healthy babies after they have been told they likely never would. She uses lectures, demonstrations, meditative therapeutic movement, group sharing, and personal introspection to help us become aware of the imbalances that are blocking our fertility according to Eastern medicine’s five elements model.

We learn new ways to restore our body’s inherent fertility, enabling us to become balanced, healthy mothers by clearing our mind, uncovering and expressing our inherent creativity, awakening joy, and restoring our spirit. Through the practice of learning to love ourself fully and tapping into our inner healer, we become fertile not only physically, but also spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.

Medical practitioners interested in bringing a more holistic, experiential healing to their patients are also invited to attend.

Upon completion participants will be able to:
  • Describe the fundamentals of Eastern Medicine and Taoist philosophies concerning the relationship of living creatures to the energy flows of the universe
  • Explain the Five Element model upon which Chinese medicine is based and its view of how the energetics of five major organ systems reflect balance and health in the body
  • Contrast the Eastern medical perspective of common Western pathologies, including detailed information about how stress and the effects of certain lifestyle choices can adversely impact health
  • Apply Eastern medicine practices to reverse these manifestations of imbalance
  • Assess and develop insight into their own physical, mental and spiritual imbalances through self-inquiry exercises and participation in group experiential therapeutic processes administered throughout the course
  • Practice using Eastern holistic wellness principles and practices to strengthen the body and gently correct imbalances, including:
  • Implement greater medically-based understanding of the impact of lifestyle choices and the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit
  • Incorporate Qi Gong breathing techniques into daily routine to reduce stress and increase circulation throughout the body’s energy meridians
  • Make Asian-inspired sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free dietary choices and use informed supplementation to nourish the body, reduce inflammation and heal pathologies
  • Identify emotional patterns that are no long productive and release them; express emotions openly and honestly
