Sculpt Your Inner City of Wellness

June 1, 2008 - June 6, 2008
Rhinebeck Campus: Rhinebeck, NY (US)
Tuition: $475 (does not include accommodations or commuter fee)
Course: SM08-1605-314
Tuition discounts are not available. Special schedule.

In this 5-day fasting retreat, we detoxify and rejuvenate our bodies and minds—our inner cities—using organic juices, herbal tonics, and green grasses.

Led by Queen Afua, a holistic health consultant, we explore what she calls the “seven kitchens of consciousness” that are our passport into our inner city of wellness: the soul food kitchen, the manifestation kitchen, the sun food kitchen, the emerald green kitchen, the faster’s kitchen, the healer’s kitchen, and the liberation kitchen.

Throughout the week we also:
  • Meditate in nature to restore our vital force
  • Ignite our inner healing power through nature’s pharmacy
  • Learn juicing for longevity, beauty, and clarity
  • Experience daily power walks
  • Flush away disease using ancient hydrotherapy techniques
  • Explore how to set up our home as a personal or family wellness center
  • Apply the five elements of nature (ether, air, fire, water, and earth) to aid in weight loss

Designed for anyone interested in a natural lifestyle, this workshop helps us to begin bringing health, peace, and harmony to the world by bringing it into our own life.

Queen Afua is also part of Women & Courage September 12-14.

Queen Afua is founder and director of Heal Thyself Natural Living Center and the Global Sacred Woman Village. She is author of Heal Thyself for Health and Longevity, Sacred Woman, and the upcom-ing City of Wellness: Restoring Your Health Through the 7 Kitchens of Consciousness. queenafuaonline.com
