Claiming the Healing Promise of Qi
Qigong, the skill of consciously attracting and cultivating vital energy, can transform your life. Since ancient times in China, master teachers have focused their connection to qi, or vital energy, to manifest radiant health and the light of their eternal nature. Join dynamic teacher Roger Jahnke, physician of Chinese medicine and author of The Healing Promise of Qi and The Healer Within, to directly experience qi cultivation practices to access this profound way of being.

Ann Lindsay
Watercolor in the Caribbean
Join award-winning artist and teacher Ann Lindsay, author of Watercolor: A New Beginning: A Holistic Approach to Painting, as we discover the soulful pleasure of painting with watercolor, an especially wonderful way to experience and record our travels in a deep and sustaining way. Appropriate for beginners and advanced beginners, we develop our creative skills through both studio classes and outdoor painting. Please note: A list of supplies to bring will be sent upon registration. See the participant letter for more information (pdf format; must have Adobe Acrobat Reader).

Gina Norman
Vinyasa Yoga
Join Gina Norman for a week of unwinding and relaxing through the powerful practice of vinyasa yoga. As your body and mind start to let go amidst Maho Bay's beautiful Caribbean setting, we work to establish a strong foundation in both asana (postures) and meditation through insightful alignment, development of your inner eye, and establishing a regular meditation practice that you can take home with you.

David Morehouse, Ph.D.
Remote Viewing & Psychospiritual Transformation
Remote viewing, now the subject of everything from books to motion pictures, is defined as a learned ability to view persons, places, and things distant in space-time. David Morehouse guides tens of thousands of students beyond "believing" to "knowing" via the art and science of remote viewing. Formerly a highly decorated special operations officer and a CIA psychic spy, Morehouse underwent a spiritual transformation after a severe machine gun wound in Jordan. He shares his story and spiritual insights with you.

Pamela Wilson
Enlightenment Is Here Already: Now Let's Clarify the Jewel, the Body & the Mind
All sacred traditions lead to the final teaching: The treasure is within. Our nature is already unlimited, free, and present. We are, says Pamela Wilson, the vast wisdom, love, and natural strength the mind has been seeking. Join Wilson for lighthearted and effortless liberating of the body and mind from the past. She shows you the power of living as kindness and clarity, instead of living from "your role." Living compassionately, you have the ability to liberate the mind and body from all misunderstanding and unneeded defenses. Together, we explore the vast universe within, uncovering and rooting our natural strength, uncontaining the depths of love and compassion, and allowing clarity to live the life.

Stephan Rechtschaffen, M.D.
Island Time: Living Fully in This Moment
Physician and cofounder of Omega, Stephan Rechtschaffen, teaches holistic approaches to time, longevity, stress reduction, and well-being. Through visualization techniques, mindfulness practices, and awareness exercises, the author of Timeshifting: Creating More Time to Enjoy Your Life helps us to slow down and come into the authentic and natural rhythms that are the result of living fully in the present moment.

Steven Michael Pague
Exploring the Natural Mysteries of Our World
Steven Michael Pague combines his years of experience as codirector and host of Omega's Maho Bay program—gathering people with music, dance, chant, and prayer—with his movement and awareness skills to help us tap into the sacred heart of the mysteries within and around us. We begin our week in soft, harmonic sound to thank the natural world, then explore an eclectic blend of nature awareness, tracking, fire-making, thanksgiving, peace-making, personal development, and artistic expression.

What Our Price Includes: Price above includes tuition, double-occupancy accommodations (see the accommodations page for single-occupancy upgrades), and meals. Price does not include airfare. If you would like to stay an extra week or longer, we offer a discount of $200 off each additional week's listed fee. It may not be combined with other discounts. Call Omega about longer stays.
