Massage is a wonderful way for couples to support one another through loving, receptive touch. It contributes to more vibrancy and serenity in our work, play, sleep, and sexuality. In this workshop, we learn specific hands-on techniques, intuitive approaches, and ways to be mindful of the intent that we put into healing touch. We also explore:
  • Proper body mechanics in giving a massage
  • Breathing exercises, stretching, and partner yoga
  • Meditation and quiet centering techniques
  • Self-massage, reflexology, and acupressure
  • Massage for common ailments
  • Relaxation through group sharing and humor
Each couple draws on aspects that work best with their individual needs and experiences in a warm and supportive atmosphere. This workshop is for both professionals and laypeople, including beginners.

This workshop is also offered July 11-13.
