In Janice Taylor’s world, vegetables are sexy and weight loss is fun. Having lost 55 pounds herself, she introduces us to the light side of well-being and weight loss as she forever changes the way we experience health, dieting, food, and ourself.

Based on her new book, All Is Forgiven, Move On: 101 Fat-Burning Steps on Your Journey to Sveltesville, this workshop combines self-hypnosis, visualization, and meditation techniques with hands-on creativity to bring us into the “lite.”

We partner with Taylor, whose knowledge, dedication, and sense of humor helps us to redirect frenzied eating into creative acts of weight loss, transform self-sabotage into self-appreciation, and connect to our “thinner” core, for life. We also take home a finished art project to provide us with continued inspiration on our journey to Sveltesville.

Artistic background is not necessary, just bring a willingness to transform your relationship to food and to play and have fun.

Required reading: Taylor, All Is Forgiven, Move On.

O, The Oprah Magazine
