Molly Adams (she/they) is the coauthor of Birding for a Better World: Finding Joy and Community in Nature and the founder of the Feminist Bird Club. She completed a bachelor's degree in critical and visual studies at Pratt Institute and a master's degree in marine conservation and policy at Stony Brook University.

They have experience working in environmental education, outreach, and policy in New York City and beyond. Molly grew up on the south shore of Long Island and lives in the Catskill Mountains with their spouse and pets, Shelly and Rocky.
