Nathan Moore is an integral part of Fetzer Institute’s Organizational Culture Team. In his role as spiritual engagement coordinator, he helps to nurture the learning and well-being of the staff community in ways that ground their mission—helping build the spiritual foundation for a loving world. Nathan has helped to curate, coordinate, and facilitate the staff’s weekly Community of Freedom gatherings for the past 10 years. In these gatherings, the entire staff comes together to foster the conditions for being a spiritually grounded beloved community.
