The challenges that nonprofits face nowadays are numerous and complex. Omega’s Service Week offers a unique opportunity in a safe, nurturing environment for organizations to step back, breathe, and take the opportunity to get the check-up you may have been postponing with our expert staff.

The New York Council on Nonprofits, Inc. (NYCON)
Founded in 1927, NYCON is a 501(C)(3) membership-based, mission-driven, statewide association of diverse charitable nonprofit organizations. With over 3,000 members, they work to build the capacity of nonprofits and communities to enhance the quality of life through responsive, cost-effective service. NYCON’s core essence is about public benefit, empowering individuals through collective action/civic engagement, advancing the common good, and serving the public interest.
The Nonprofit Wellness Clinic, provided by the New York Council of Nonprofits (NYCON) offers grantee organizations one hour of free, on-campus consultation during Service Week. The consultation can focus on your retreat agenda, progress or obstacles (such as if you “get stuck”), or on virtually any matter related to governance, financial management, fund development, legal and human resource issues, team building, strategic planning or alliances.
We recognize how difficult and challenging these times are for your nonprofit. NYCON’s Clinics supplement the Omega experience with expert advisors that will assist your nonprofit in finding positive solutions and being organizationally sustainable and healthy.
NYCON’s multidisciplinary staff members will be available to meet privately with individual representatives or with full groups.
