Acquire the skills and confidence necessary to become a Jivamukti Yoga teacher and lead classes that incorporate asanas, music, chanting, scriptural study, and meditation in a challenging vinyasa practice.

This rigorous, one-month residential program at Omega Institute, located in Rhinebeck, New York, covers yogic philosophy, history, and sacred texts; introduction to Sanskrit; anatomy studies; mentor guidance; practice teaching sessions; and all aspects of Jivamukti Yoga. Also included in this four-week program is a special Spring Ecstatic Chant immersion weekend with some of the greatest devotional singers in the world in a participatory exploration of transcendent musical prayer (kirtan).
