Yoga for Rejuvenation
Join Marianela Ortiz, codirector of the Spa Bodyworker program at the Gaia Foundation in Costa Rica, for a rejuvenating week of hatha yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Gaia Yoga, and chanting. Transform old patterns stored in the body through asanas and other dynamic movements. Activate kundalini energy and use yogic sounds to elevate and accelerate cellular vibration, while stimulating physical, mental, and emotional detoxification.
