Florence Meleo-Meyer, director of Oasis Institute for Mindfulness-Based, Professional Training, and Education Programs at the Center, and Melissa Blacker, guiding teacher in the Boundless Way Zen sangha, engage you in sitting meditation, body scanning, and hatha yoga, and guide you in practicing and integrating mindfulness in your communications and other daily activities.

Join internationally renowned medium and New York Times best-selling author, James Van Praagh, for an experiential workshop where you give your innate intuitive abilities a spiritual tune-up. Through illuminating meditative and intuitive exercises, you learn how to better understand and use your intuition, and psychically “read” others.
