Rates do not include course tuition. Lodging can only be booked as part of an Accommodations Package. Commuter Fee is required only for those not staying in Omega accommodations. *5-night rate is based on weekday prices. **The following types of accommodations are usually available for monthlong programs (26- or 28-nights): A Double Deluxe, A Double Occupancy, B Double Occupancy, and Dorm Single. Our Fully Renovated Green Rooms
Deluxe Double Cabin Room A — Private Bath
Omega's environmentally friendly Green Rooms are designed to support sustainable living, and include:

• Organic mattresses, pillows, and comforters
• Local, sustainable building materials
• Low-flow showerheads and dual-button toilets
• Compact fluorescent lighting
• Air-conditioning and heat offset by wind-powered energy

All Green Rooms are shared rooms with two double beds and a private bath. They include a nightstand, dresser, and closet. If you do not register with a companion, a roommate will be assigned to you. A limited number of wheelchair accessible rooms are also available.

Single or Couple Cabin Room — Private Bath
Private room with one queen-size bed and private bath includes a dresser, desk, ceiling fan, heat, no air-conditioning.

Double Cabin Room A — Private Bath
Shared room with two double beds and private bath includes a nightstand, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, heat, no air-conditioning. Available as a share only. If you do not register with a companion, a roommate will be assigned to you. A limited number of wheelchair accessible rooms are also available.

Single Cabin Room B — Shared Bath
Private room with one twin bed and bath shared with an adjoining room. Includes a dresser, desk, ceiling fan, heat, no air-conditioning. Limited availability.

Double Cabin Room B — Shared Bath
Shared room with two twin beds and bath shared with an adjoining room. Includes a nightstand, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, heat, no air-conditioning. If you do not register with a companion, a roommate will be assigned to you.

Dorm Singles — Shared Bath
Now there’s one easy choice for dorm accommodations at Omega, one of our most affordable lodging options. Dorms are located uphill from mid-campus. A Dorm Single is a small private room with one twin bed, self-standing fan, heat, no air-conditioning. A hall bath is shared by 8-to-12 guests. Pillow and blanket are provided. Please bring your own sheets or sleeping bag, and towels, or you may rent these items from Omega for a small fee. We make every effort to house guests in single gender dorms; however, depending upon enrollment, some dorms may be coed.

Single and Double Tent Cabins — Shared Bath
Another of Omega's low-cost lodging alternatives. Located in a wooded area uphill from mid-campus, these roomy cabins on platforms include two twin beds, electricity, no heat, no air-conditioning. Linens are not included. Please bring your own sheets or sleeping bag, blanket, towels, and pillows. You may also rent these from Omega for a small fee. The Tent Cabin is available as either a private or shared room. If you have a roommate, you must register at the same time. Omega does not assign roommates for Tent Cabins. Bathhouses with showers are nearby.

Camping
Campsites are pre-assigned and located near the lake or in a wooded area uphill from mid-campus. You must provide your own tent and all appropriate camping gear. Stoves, campfires, and recreational vehicles are not allowed on campus. Bathhouses with showers are nearby.

Commuter Fee
Guests who choose not to stay on our Rhinebeck Campus are required to pay a Commuter Fee. This fee entitles you to receive the full benefits of our unique Accommodations Package, excluding the cost of accommodations. A list of local Local Hotels and Inns is available.
