Monday–Thursday & Saturday 7:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.
Friday & Sunday 7:00 a.m.–Midnight

Guest Services is located on the lower floor of the Omega Café building. If you find yourself on campus and have a question, this is the place to get an answer. Guest Services can assist you with:

  • Directions and maps
  • First aid and medical referrals
  • General information
  • Housekeeping requests
  • Hudson Valley tourist information
  • Lost and Found
  • Maintenance requests
  • Meal tickets (for individual meals)
  • Phone messages
  • Ride Share postings
  • Special needs (limited mobility, etc.)
  • Transportation information
  • Valuables storage (limited; small items only)
  • Workshop schedules and locations
  • R&R information
  • Babysitting services (subject to availability)
