We are no longer taking online registrations for this workshop.

In the sacred playground of this workshop, you learn to integrate yoga and partner yoga, basic partner acrobatics, guided Thai massage, and acrobatic and therapeutic flying. Reflective contemplation, interpersonal exercises, and guided movement teach you how to stay rooted in your own self-awareness and yet be deeply connected to everyone around you.

This is the essence of AcroYoga. AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the lovingkindness of healing arts. These three lineages form the foundation of a practice that cultivates trust, playfulness, and community.

Laura Velázquez leads this workshop in an atmosphere of safety and mutual support as you delve into AcroYoga’s practices and learn tangible, practical tools for creating joyful, compassionate, and authentic relationships with strangers, friends, colleagues, and family.

No partner or previous AcroYoga experience is necessary. This workshop is recommended for those with at least six months of yoga practice, a zest for embodied adventure, and a willingness to experience the world upside down.
