Experience the unique fusion of vinyasa, Kundalini Yoga, and live drumming.

Afro Flow Yoga™ infuses a meditative yoga sequence of gentle yet powerful stretches with dance movements from West Africa and the Caribbean. Deeply connect with the soulful rhythmic drums, energize your chakras, gain strength and flexibility, and rejoice in feeling fully alive, grounded, and peaceful.

During this week with Leslie Salmon Jones and Iyeoka Ivie Okoawo, experience the healing power of movement, nature, and the collective, creative energy of everyone in the class.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome.

Leslie Salmon Jones, creator of Afro Flow Yoga™, is a professional dancer, certified holistic personal trainer, wellness coach, yoga instructor, and public speaker. Iyeoka Ivie Okoawo

Iyeoka Ivie Okoawo is a first-generation Nigerian-American, award-winning poet, holistic percussionist, recording artist, and TED fellow.
