Becoming Yoga

The Basics & Beyond

This workshop has been cancelled.

September 18, 2015 – September 20, 2015
Rhinebeck, NY
Rina Jakubowicz

We are no longer taking online registrations for this workshop.

Rina Jakubowicz, author of Choose Peace, invites you to join her for a joyful weekend learning the basics of yoga from the physical to the philosophy.

Drawing upon the ancient principles of Vedanta, Jakubowicz skillfully weaves these teachings into the physical yoga practices of body, breath, energy, and mind.

The weekend includes an in-depth breakdown of the physical poses (asanas), flowing yoga classes, interactive discussions, and experiential activities. Discover keys for enriching your life through yoga. Experience the joy and inner peace that emerge from a yogic lifestyle. Take home the tools to continue with your own practice.
