Rina Jakubowicz, author of Choose Peace, invites you to join her for a joyful weekend of yoga and self-exploration.

Drawing on the principles of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali—the original teachings of yoga—plus lessons learned through her own life challenges, Jakubowicz skillfully weaves teachings that help you identify the subtle layers of behaviors and thoughts that may be leading you away from peace and toward daily struggle.

The journey includes flowing yoga practices, group discussions, and experiential exercises. More than a physical workout, this yoga workshop offers refreshing perspectives for those willing to change negative patterns, fearlessly search within, and ultimately, choose peace.

By applying the practical tools learned this weekend, beginners and advanced practitioners alike can discover the skills necessary to be present and carefree in every moment.

Rina Jakubowicz

Rina Jakubowicz, founder of Rina Yoga, is a bilingual yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, motivational speaker, and author of Choose Peace. Known as the yoga expert on Univision’s Tu Desayuno Alegre, she is a contributor on MindBodyGreen and has been featured in SELF magazine and the Huffington Post.
