Take your practice to its fullest potential by learning how to organize and engage your unified mind, body, and spirit.
Through this practice, you develop a greater sense of self-awareness, new movement skills, and a deeper understanding of yoga posture in relation to martial arts transitions. You also explore tools for better communication through self-observation.
All levels are welcome, but basic athletic experience and conditioning are recommended.
