Join Joe Cross, the filmmaker behind the hit documentary, Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, for a journey of personal transformation while you juice your way to health, weight loss, and renewed vitality.

The documentary, seen by more than 10 million people, chronicles Cross’ experience as he lost weight and cured himself of a chronic illness by juicing for 60 days. Since then, Cross has coached thousands of people as they juice to live a healthier life.
At this 5-day Reboot with Cross and his team of experts, you:

Throughout the week you can attend workshops on mastering emotional eating, satisfying sugar cravings, shopping and menu planning, tips and tricks for preparing healthy meals, and more. Pre- and post-program online support helps you prepare for Camp Reboot and ensures you maintain healthy habits to reach your goals.

To help you get the most out of your Camp Reboot experience, you will start your journey prior to Camp Reboot at Omega and will continue to receive support after you leave with the support of the Reboot Team.

After you register for Camp Reboot, please join the community at You will be added to an online group of Camp attendees, so that prior to camp, you will be able to:

  • Meet the Reboot team
  • Have access to the Reboot Nutritionists for Reboot, nutrition and health information
  • Begin a guided transition diet to prepare for Camp Reboot
  • Learn about juicing and other plant-based recipes
  • Connect with other Camp Reboot participants for community and support

The support continues after Camp.  After the Camp ends, you will receive 30 days of additional support from the Reboot team online. The Reboot team will answer your questions and assist with a successful transition into a diet that will help you maintain your health and weight loss achievements. You will also have the support of your fellow Rebooters through online groups, where you can share experiences.

How to Create your Reboot with Joe Community Profile:

  • In order to participate in the pre-Camp Reboot online group and have access to all of the pre-Camp features, please create your Reboot with Joe Community Profile.  It’s easy, just follow these steps:
  • First, visit the registration page. You can also click the ‘Register’ button at the top right hand corner of The Reboot With Joe Website to access this page.
  • Next, enter your email address, display name, and password in the required fields.  Please use the same email address you used to sign up for Camp Reboot so we can identify you.  For your display name, choose any name you feel comfortable sharing with our community.
  • After you click ‘Submit’, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox from ‘’.  If you do not see the confirmation email, check your spam folder. 
  • Confirm your email address by clicking on the provided link. You will then be directed to a page to complete your profile.  Please note, once you have created your profile, you can change your privacy settings to share as much or as little information as you prefer.

Once you join, you can begin to explore the resources available online.  In March, the Camp Reboot group will open, you will receive notification that you have been added to the group and begin to connect with fellow Campers and learn more about what to expect at Camp.

April 21st: Team Reboot will join you in the Camp Reboot group

  • Access to Team Reboot at Reboot with Joe
  • Postings of upcoming teleseminars and informational videos

May 5th: Ask the Nutritionist

  • Information addressing specific health concerns
  • Ability to post questions for the Reboot Nutritionists/Health Coaches leading up to camp

May 7th: Begin Transition-in Program

  • You will begin to eliminate processed foods, meats, grains and other non-plant based foods (detailed transition-in guidelines will be provided on group page)

May 14th: Begin Reboot

  • You will consume Juices, Smoothies and Plant Based meals in preparing you for an easy transition to 5 days of juicing at camp. (Shopping lists, menus and recipes will be provided on group page)

May 18th : Arrive at Camp

Please note: this workshop is not appropriate if you are pregnant or nursing, under the age of 18, or have a severe medical condition. Check with your doctor before you begin this workshop if you are on medication or are unsure if this program is appropriate for you.

Joe Cross

Joe Cross is the filmmaker and star of Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead and founder of, a website that provides information, support, services, and community to people looking to reclaim their vitality, lose weight, and feel well.

Brian Wansink, author of Mindless Eating, received a doctorate degree in consumer behavior from Stanford University. He founded the Food and Brand Lab in 1997 at the University of Illinois.

Marc David

Marc David, MA, is a visionary health and nutrition consultant, an eating psychologist, and the author of Nourishing Wisdom: A Mind-Body Approach to Nutrition and Well-Being and The Slow Down Diet: Eating for Pleasure, Energy, and Weight Loss. He is the founder and director of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating.

Abdi Assadi, MS, LAC, is an acupuncturist raised in Africa, Asia, and the United States. He makes meditation easily attainable for those who don’t practice it, including at Camp Reboots with Joe Cross.

Victoria Moran is author of the Main Street Vegan book series and founder of Main Street Vegan Academy. She also had maintained a 60+ pound weight loss through a vegan diet.

Andrea Beaman is a nationally renowned holistic health coach and natural foods chef who was able to reverse her thyroid issues by changing her diet and lifestyle.

Magen Banwart, founder of MB Fitness in New York City, is a recognized leader in the health, wellness, and yoga arenas.

Alexandra Jamieson

Alexandra Jamieson has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Martha Stewart Living, CNN, and Fox News, and in USA Today and People magazine. She was a cocreator of the Oscar-nominated documentary Super Size Me and is author of Vegan Cooking For Dummies, Living Vegan For Dummies, and The Great American Detox Diet.

Dr. Carrie Diulus is an orthopedic spine surgeon for the Cleveland Clinic with special interest in the role of nutrition in orthopedics and chronic pain. Since completing a 90-Day Reboot with Joe Cross, Dr. Diulus has incorporated juicing and high micronutrient food into her own diet and as part of her treatment for patients.

Dr. Russ Kennedy, PsyD, MA, works with clients on healthy behavioral change with an emphasis in weight management. Dr. Kennedy has more than 20 years of experience in personal training, coaching, teaching, and fitness consulting to a vast array of athletes, clients, and students.

Stacy Kennedy had been the Reboot With Joe Cross nutritionist since the beginning. A senior clinical nutritionist at Dana Farber Cancer Institute/Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, she writes for online health and nutrition sites, works in private practice, and has just opened her own juice bar in Boston: Stacy’s Juice Bar.

Radan Sturm is a fitness expert who created the Reboot Movement and occasionally trains Joe Cross when he is in New York City. Reboot With Joe

Dr. Lewis Diulus served in the United States Navy as a general surgeon. He has a special interest in cosmetic surgery, including post-bariatric/post-weight-loss body contouring. Dr. Diulus includes fresh juice and smoothies in his own daily routine to maintain optimal health.

Shivanter Singh

Shivanter Singh is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, as well as an Integrative Nutrition health counselor specializing in health and wellness. He has degrees in restaurant management, education, and transpersonal psychology. A food industry professional for more than 30 years, Singh is the former general manager of Omega FoodWorks at Omega Institute.
