Description

Embrace, empower, emanate, expand, and enjoy your life.  Catch fire!

Light the fire of your deepest life vision with yoga, ritual, and meaningful discussions.

Desirée Rumbaugh, Elena Brower, and Sianna Sherman lead this gathering for those who, like you, are doing everything in their power to bring more light into the world.

Not just a basic yoga class, this retreat begins with a welcoming ritual and blessing to invite you to cultivate your own vision. Then, during the weekend, we explore asana, pranayama, meditation, ritual, and coaching to help you embrace your fullest potential.

Each session focuses on the yoga of empowerment that leads you from poses on the mat, directly into meditation, and then out into the world with a greater sense of connection to—and compassion for—yourself and others. You return home with a deeper awareness of your individual and collective power, and you will be inspired to emanate a vision that is uniquely yours. Everyone at any level of yoga experience is invited.
