Description

Conscious horseback riding demonstrates how we create our own experience and helps us achieve the optimum ride. Whether we are just starting to ride, training in dressage, or showing over fences, Paul Striberry and Sandra Burgess help us overcome fear, accelerate learning, and improve our performance.

Riding takes place at the nearby Southlands Foundation, a full-service stable with indoor and outdoor arenas and well-trained school horses that help us attain “equine equanimity.” The workshop includes two hours of instruction in the mornings and some bareback work in the afternoons.
