Beginners and veterans in the kitchen are invited to this weekend cooking intensive. Hone your skills, learn new tips, and (best of all) make healthy food that tastes great.

With health counselors Shivanter Singh and Julian DeVoe, you learn (and sample!) recipes for “superfoods,” juices, smoothies, healthy desserts, and quick snack treats.

Discussions on various topics, including the importance of alkaline dieting to help maintain the body’s ideal pH balance, cleanse-appropriate meals, healthy food combinations, and Ayurvedic insights round out this journey. You also learn to cultivate habits for thriving health and robust vitality.

This workshop is suitable for everyone from the casual eater, to the epicurean diner, to the culinary artist.

Teachers
Shivanter Singh

Shivanter Singh is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, as well as an Integrative Nutrition health counselor specializing in health and wellness. He has degrees in restaurant management, education, and transpersonal psychology. A food industry professional for more than 30 years, Singh is the former general manager of Omega FoodWorks at Omega Institute.

Julian DeVoe

Julian DeVoe is an advocate for consciousness, bliss, and thriving health, through the practices of mindful eating, conscious touch, yoga, and personal inquiry. He teaches internationally, and has been working as a craniosacral therapy facilitator, Vedic Thai Yoga therapist, and energetic healer for more than five years. conscious-strategies.com
