The Dude Deep Dive is designed to improve mental health and emotional well-being and build resilience and confidence. Each day includes morning yoga, discussion, laughter, mindfulness practices, somatic experiences, and evening fireside communion. Participants will explore storytelling, poetry, breathwork, griefwork, group sharing, and time outdoors in nature.
