Yin Yoga uses long-held postures that support us in accessing the deeper, more yin parts of ourselves. In this 5-day teacher training, we explore how Yin Yoga, with its ancient yogic roots, can affect our physical, energetic, and emotional bodies. Through this understanding, we examine ways to lead a Yin Yoga class and incorporate Yin Yoga postures and philosophy into any yoga teaching or practice.

Exploreing the Path of Yin Yoga can be taken alone or in conjunction with Embracing the Essence of Yin Yoga. Each program is a 50-hour Yin Yoga teacher training.

NATABOC CE Level Essential
The training will consist of a minimum of 35 contact hours at Omega and 15 non-contact hours to be completed after the workshop. The non-contact hours must be completed within 45 days and will consist of an emailed copy of your journal of experiences with yin yoga teaching or practice. Details of this will be discussed during the training. Those who complete the 50 hours will receive a certificate of completion. Those participants who have 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification in Interdisciplinary Yoga may receive 50 hours of credit toward their 500 hour or 1000 hour Yoga Alliance Certification with Nosara Yoga Institute by completing this training.
