Most of us live full and demanding lives, and try as we might to stay connected to all aspects of our health and well-being, we often find ourselves veering off course.
Join this fun and dynamic workshop of physical activity, play, creativity, laughter, sweat, and possibly even some tears as you reconnect to all aspects of yourself for a better awareness of what you need to feel good every day.

Jennifer Meyerson, Kathy Fitzgerald, Ali Lopez, and other teachers from Omega, our Wellness Center, and our mostly vegetarian kitchen are your expert guides in this 5-day “feel good fitness” program, where you:

  • Gain a new perspective on how to enjoy and be in your body
  • Obtain a greater understanding of food and nutrition
  • Learn new ways of self-care and techniques to help lead you to a more fulfilling life
  • Use art and creativity to explore your potential and find what brings you joy
  • Get your body and mind moving, and see where you limit yourself and where you can break free

This program is designed to provide you with useful fitness information and valuable experiences that you can incorporate into your daily life back home.

One Omega Wellness Center session (valued at $85) is included in this workshop.

Feel Good Fitness has an optional dinner with faculty on Sunday evening starting at 6:30 p.m.

Tiered Pricing

At Omega, we believe that the benefits of a holistic education should be available to everyone. We also recognize that what is affordable for some will not be for all. We are now offering Tiered Pricing* on select programs to help meet the varying financial needs of our community.

On programs where Tiered Pricing is available, select the price that is appropriate for you. This program works on an honor system. Keep in mind that the highest price reflects the cost of the workshop and allows Omega to sustain itself, whereas the lower prices cover only a portion of those costs.

Tier 1: $410 (Register as you normally would for this pricing.)
This is the true cost of your workshop. Choosing this price helps Omega continue to retain world-class teachers and sustain classroom facilities.

Tier 2: $335 (Enter TIER 2 in the Promotional Code Box when you register.)
This is our partially subsidized price for those with temporary or minor financial need.

Tier 3: $275 (Enter TIER 3 in the Promotional Code Box when you register.)
This is our heavily subsidized price for those in need of deeper financial assistance.

Greetings,

We are excited you are joining us for this wonderful workshop.  We have a fantastic week in store for you and can’t wait to meet you!

Our time together will be spent in a variety of ways as we focus on how food, nutrition, fitness and self care can, and do, play key roles in your life.   This journey of total well-being is filled with experiences that will engage and honor all parts of you as we invite you to be in your body, connect more deeply with it, and utilize it to serve you best - physically, mentally and spiritually.

Before we meet we would like to learn a little about you and have included an intake form to ‘start the conversation’.  Consider it the ‘required reading’ of the class.  Please return the form as soon as you are able. For us, the sooner the better - we are anxious to learn more about YOU!

Class Times & Extended Hours

Our schedule is chocked full.  We will be working out, dancing, playing, engaging our creative self, listening to our spirit, and learning many new things along the way.

We have set class times as well as extended hours each day.  Some of these additional hours are a part of the set curriculum, while others are there for you if you decide you want to boost up the cardio a little more in your day. 

We want to be certain to emphasize to you now that you are always invited to go at your own pace.  Participate as much as you’d like, pause as needed, and dive in fully whenever it feels right.  For some this may mean participating in everything that is offered, for others it may mean opting out of some of our additional classes. 

You will be provided the full 5-day class schedule at our Sunday orientation.

There are additional classes and meeting times daily that are encouraged but remain optional:

Community Meals

Breakfast: 8 am

Lunch: 12:30 pm

Optional Fitness Classes (in addition to those already in your daily schedule)

7-8 am              Tai Chi or Yoga

5-5:30 pm         Cardio Blast

5:30-6:15 pm     Dance

Wellness Services

One Wellness service (valued at $85) is included with your workshop.  We encourage you to make your reservation early as spaces fill quickly.  We have noted some ideal times for you to help assure you do not miss out on this great added bonus! Meal times will be factored in at the time of booking.

Sunday: Any time prior to 6 pm (services are available starting at 1 pm)

Monday & Wednesday: After 5 pm if you choose not to participate in one of the additional classes, and between 6:30-9:30 pm if you do. 

Tuesday & Thursday: Between 5-8 pm if you choose not to participate in one of the additional classes.

Friday: After 12:15 (lunch ends at 2 pm)

* There is additional time daily between 12:30-2pm which will limit your lunch to 30 minutes.

 Reservations: The Wellness Center opens for phone reservations on April 16th.  When calling please mention that you are in the Feel Good Fitness workshop and reference the recommended appointment times above.  We invite you to visit our Wellness Center website.

We’ve compiled a list of items we recommended you bring.  These items are in addition to the ones listed on the Omega confirmation you wil receive.

  •  Water bottle
  • Shoes for aerobic activity & walking
  • Breathable layers
  • Yoga or loose pants
  • Fitness apparel:  synthetic/wicking tops, shorts/pants
  • Sports bra
  • Wicking socks
  • Bathing suit and/or sarong for sauna
  • If you have them, and are able to bring them: 5 lb. hand weights (not necessary)

Jennifer Meyerson

Jennifer Meyerson, former New York University women’s soccer coach, is a certified personal trainer and certified Reiki master. She travels throughout the world as a personal trainer for acclaimed comedian Eddie Izzard.

Kathy Fitzgerald

Kathy Fitzgerald is a psychic who has spent more than 20 years expanding her intuitive talent and curiosity, studying with a number of gifted teachers at the Church for Spiritual Awareness, Berkeley Psychic Institute, and the Order of Ascended Roses. She currently gives readings and teaches classes at the Omega Institute, the Woodstock Wellness Center, and privately.

Ali Lopez

Ali Lopezformer Chef de Cuisine of Omega FoodWorks at Omega, is a Whole Foods chef, a Certified Health Coach, and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She has been cooking, feeding, and teaching others about "real food" for more than 20 years.
