If you want to lose weight, tone your body, and become stronger—and improve your mental health in the process—this fitness bootcamp is for you.

Susan Agrios, a former international elite athlete, has been a personal fitness trainer and strength and conditioning specialist for more than 16 years. In Fitness Bootcamp, she offers a unique program of exercise, yoga, and meditation that requires hardly any equipment, or no equipment at all. These exercises can be done at home, outside, or while traveling.

During the week, Agrios guides as we:

  • Learn new strength training and core stability exercises
  • Practice aerobic and anaerobic conditioning
  • Discover effective ways to lose weight and keep it off
  • Get fitness or nutritional consultations/assessments
  • Practice Kundalini Yoga, yoga nidra, and meditation to relax our body and mind

As we improve our cardio, strength, flexibility, agility, balance, and relaxation skills, our mental health also improves. We gain greater self-confidence and a brighter outlook on life.

Fitness Bootcamp is open to anyone at any level of fitness, from beginners to recreational to elite athletes and athletic trainers.
