Experience the extraordinary physical exhilaration of flying and catching, the joy of progressive mastery of a unique skill, and the satisfaction of acquiring technical knowledge of trapeze while exploring the deeper nature of how we create our own realities.

In a fun and supportive environment, this workshop transforms the flying trapeze into a metaphor for life; it is an accelerated experience of learning and transformation that leads to deep realizations about one’s self and one’s relationship with life.

The flying trapeze is a magnificently powerful tool for anyone interested in enriching the quality of moment-to-moment experiences and becoming more present as a result of bringing conscious awareness to the transformation process.

This popular workshop led by Peter Gold and the Trapeze-Experience™ Team is open to beginners and advanced trapeze students alike. For beginners, safety lines are used at all times.

 2-hour trapeze sessions are offered from June 17–July 6 and July 19–24, as well as in the afternoons during Arts Week. To register, call 845.266.4444, ext. 575.

Peter Gold is a professional trapeze artist, coach, and director of Trapeze-Experience™, an industry-leading organization that promotes wellness through soaring.
