We can eat for other reasons than to satisfy our physical hunger. In fact, we often eat to satisfy our emotional hunger, which is difficult to satiate. Then we overeat, put on weight we don’t want, and feel our vitality slipping away.

The ancient sciences of yoga and meditation offer a practical, clear path for anyone interested in overcoming emotional eating and food addiction. Through Kundalini Yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and Kia Miller’s Radiant Body yogic perspectives on vitality and health, we:

  • Learn about the connection between yoga and vitality
  • Examine why diets don’t work
  • Discover how to break the sugar habit
  • Integrate foods that alkalinize the body
  • Delve into juicing and cleansing techniques

This workshop is for anyone who has ever struggled with emotional eating, weight gain, body image, allergies, and food addiction, as well as those who simply want to learn how to use food to heal and create optimal health. No yoga experience is necessary.
